Beyond the dye quality, we implement a rigorous reduction clearing process after dyeing. This high-standard washing removes all residual "surface dyes" that typically cause instant bleeding. By ensuring the pigment is deeply embedded and the surface is clean, our fabric provides maximum stability even under professional heat-pressing temperatures.

2. DTF & Heat Transfer Ready—Tested in Real Production

We have successfully applied heat transfers on black jerseys using standard DTF (white film)—even with basic home-use irons. To ensure even heat distribution, we place a layer of fabric between the iron and the transfer film, helping the film receive consistent heat without scorching.

Pro Tip: For best results, we recommend using a professional heat press at 140°C (285°F) for optimal durability and finish.

Important: Avoid using excessively high temperatures (above 180°C / 356°F). Polyester fabrics can become stiff, brittle, or distorted under extreme heat.

Many print shops are used to working with cotton T-shirts, which typically require higher pressing temperatures. However, those settings are often too aggressive for polyester and can affect both fabric integrity and print quality.
